Cancellations and reservations:
Free fare

- When booking the FREE rate, cancellation is free of charge up to 2 days before arrival. To guarantee the reservation, the hotel will request a deposit equivalent to the first night. Except during the period from June 1st to September 15th, when cancellation is free up to 7 days before the arrival date. After this period, one night will be charged.

- During the period from June 1st to September 15th, a deposit for the first night will be requested via a secure Reduniq link, bank transfer, or MBAY. This deposit will only be refunded if the client cancels 7 days or more before arrival. If you cancel 7 days or less before arrival, the deposit will be retained.

- In cases of no-show, the deposit will not be refunded.

SMART Tariff

Non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. Rescheduling available.

Low season (from 01/01 to 20/06 and from 11/09 to 31/12): Reschedule free of charge up to 2 days before check-in.
Peak season (June 21st to September 10th): Reschedule free of charge up to 10 days before check-in.

- Payment of the full amount at the time of booking via a secure Reduniq link, by bank transfer or MBAY.

Special offers have specific cancellation policies, so they should be consulted individually.

- All prices mentioned include VAT at the current rate.

Children and extra beds:

Children up to 3 years old: free stay.
Crib reservations are made upon request and are subject to availability confirmation.

- Non-smoking hotel (except in designated areas)

Free parking at the hotel.

- Bachelor/Bachelorette parties: The Patio Suite Hotel is not a recommended venue for these events, and they will not be permitted.

All guests, including children, must bring their respective identification documents.

- Municipal tourist tax: €2 per night per person over 13 years of age, up to a maximum of 7 nights, from April to October (inclusive).
